Charlie Hayworth is a resident of the mountain and he is the one you'll find operating the grader and hauling the gravel to the mountain. He also serves
many property owners by hauling mulch and gravel or utilizing his equipment to sculpt a flower bed, trail, or basement.

George Martin
George is primarily responsible for inspection and maintenance of the roads, ditches, and culverts. He also looks after the
mechanical portions of the security gate and maintains the waste compactor at the service area. During inclement weather you will often see George preparing the
roads for an ice storm or removing the fresh snowfall.
George is also responsible for routine maintenance of the Buck Mountain Community Center and recreational areas. He also is a key resource utilized in improving the common areas, such as the
basic overlook at Staghorn Falls and the nearby trails. Every piece of gravel on the Staghorn Falls trails was carried by George to its resting place for your safety and convenience.
