If you complete a survey, your responses will be aggregated with repsonses from other members and reported to the membership. Textual answers to certain questions may also be made available to members, and the Board of Directors may be granted access which identifies that you provided the answer. Similar information may be collected as necessary to address any service issues you report to us, either through this website or through our member services telephone line. Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes. We will not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We may use the information you provide to us to give you personalized service and to respond to your inquiries or requests for information.
